Shipping Rates - Hawaii, Alaska, and other United States territories

Shipping rates for Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories are calculated based on a per item basis. For an accurate quote, add the item(s) to your shopping cart and then click Continue to proceed to Billing and Shipping Information page. Select the appropriate "ship to" state, and the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your Order Summary chart.

Shipping Rates - Canadian Provinces

Shipping rates for destinations in Canada are calculated based on a per item basis. For an accurate quote, add the item(s) to your shopping cart and then click Continue to proceed to Billing and Shipping Information page. Select the appropriate "ship to" state, and the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your Order Summary chart. Note: Please understand that you will also be responsible for any duties applied by the Canadian Government and/or UPS upon import into Canada. Duties and import charges will be collected by UPS at time of delivery.

Shipping Rates - FPO/APO

We currently do not ship to FPO/APO addresses.

Shipping Rates - International

For all other International orders, please fill out our shipping request form, and we'll send you a shipping quote via email as soon as possible.

Refusal of Order

If you refused your shipment prior to receiving written approval from Infant Car Seats.com, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of your shipment. Unauthorized refusal of orders which offered "free shipping" will still responsible for the actual shipping cost of your shipment. These shipping costs, upon processing the return of your shipment, wiil be deducted from the credit issued to your original credit card.

Damaged Shipment

Damaged Items/Defective Items: We make every attempt to prevent damage to your purchases during shipping. Unfortunately, due to situations outside of our control, items may arrive damaged. Don't Worry! If your order arrived damaged, we'll either replace the broken parts or ship you a new item with NO cost to you. Please be sure to open your package when it arrives and contact us immediately if any of your items are damaged or defective. We cannot exchange/replace items if we are not contacted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

If you find your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible @ 800.385.7703. We will not be able to provide replacements beyond 30 days of purchase.

Order Errors/ Missing Parts

We take great care in packaging your order for shipping. We have redundancy order accuracy checking policies to insure we send you the exact products you purchased. Sometimes, however, we do make mistakes. If find you you received the wrong item or are missing any items or parts, please contact us as soon as possible and we correct your order immediately.
