Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is our highest
priority, and so we offer our "Don't Worry! Guarantee”
to you, our valued customers. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30
Days of the delivery date for a full refund (less shipping
and coupons used).
Returned
items must be in new and unused condition, in their original
packaging, with all documentation, parts and warranty cards
to receive full credit. "New and unused" condition
means products are in clean, mint and resellable condition.
Since the products we sell are important for safety, we cannot
issue full refunds on returns that show any indication of
having been used. Items not returned in "New and unused"
condition, will be subject to a restocking charge.
Easy
Return Instructions
To return
an item:
1. Simply
call our toll-free customer service number 1-888-315-6658 to
obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA)Returns without a
clearly marked RMA number will be refused by our returns department
and will not be eligible for any refund.
2. For
return shipping, you will be responsible for the costs of
returning your item, unless we shipped the wrong item, or
if your item was defective or damaged in transit. Otherwise,
you have two options for shipping your package back to us:
- We
can send you a shipping label for UPS Ground, which you
need only put on your repackaged
items and drop off at a UPS location (shipping charges will
be deducted from your refund), or;
- Ship
the item(s) back yourself using an insured carrier. If you
choose to ship the item(s)
yourself, we recommend that you insure the item(s) being
returned for their full value.
If your package is lost or damaged by the mail service you
choose, we will not be responsible
for the loss and will be unable to credit you the full value
of your refund.
Please
contact our Customer Support Department to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA). Upon issuing your RMA, we will provide you with the
correct return shipping address, which will include the RMA,
a company department name, and a mailing address.
All items must be shipped to the return address provided at the time the RMA is issued. Packages shipped to any company address other than the one you are given with your RMA will be refused and/or charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Please
write your RMA number clearly in the address line so that
we can process your return quickly and accurately. Please
note that RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days from
the day they have been issued. Products returned more than
14 days after the RMA is issued will be refused and ineligible
for a refund.
Damaged
Items/Defective Items: We make every effort to prevent
damage to your purchases during shipping. We know that our
packages are your treasures, and we treat them accordingly!
However, we do understand that
items may occasionally arrive damaged due to factors outside
of our control.
Don't
Worry! If your order arrives damaged, we'll either replace
the broken parts or ship you a new item at NO COST to you.
Please be sure to open your package when it arrives and contact
us immediately if any of your items are damaged or defective.
We cannot exchange/replace items if we are not notified of
the damage within 10 days from the date of delivery.
If you discover damage or a defect to your product after these
10 days, Don't Worry! From that date, the manufacturer’s
warranty will apply and we would be happy to help you get
in touch with them.
Cancellations
We usually
process all orders within 12-24 hours, and ship all orders
within 1-3 days from the time you place an order. Because
our order processing system is designed to deliver your order
to you as quickly as possible, orders must be cancelled before
3pm EST the same day they are placed. After 3pm, EST,
all orders are processed for shipment pending credit approval
and verification of product stock status. We cannot guarantee
that orders can be cancelled once they have been processed,
and orders cancelled after processing time frame may be subject
to a cancellation fee.
If orders are placed after 3pm EST, they should be cancelled
before 3pm the following day.
Although we cannot guarantee that we will always receive your cancellation in time, we will make
every attempt to catch your order before it ships. If we are unable to catch your order
before it ships, Don't Worry! You can return the item to us, by using our Easy Return
Instructions.
If you
need to cancel an order after placing it, please email
us immediately or call our friendly Customer Support staff
toll-free @ 1-888-315-6658 as soon as possible.
Exchanges
If you
would like to exchange your item for a different color, size
or type, simply contact us to obtain an RMA # and order the
product you want to replace your current item. Follow the
Easy Returns Instructions above and after we receive your
items (must be in like-new condition), we will credit your
credit card account for the full value of that item, less
shipping and/or coupons.
Refunds/Credits
Returned
items must be carefully inspected by our QA department prior
to granting a refund. This process usually takes about 2-3
weeks from the time we receive the returned product.
First
it is checked in and added to the queue (1 to 2 business days),
and then it goes through a quality control inspection to verify
its condition (3-5 business days), and then we credit the
determined refund to your account (1-3 business days processing,
up to 10 business days for your credit company to verify the
process and post to your account.)
Please
note that any shipping costs deducted from your refund will
be for the actual cost of shipping your items to you. This
applies to items offered with free shipping as well.
If you'd
like to the know the status of your credit, please call our
friendly Customer Support team. Refunds for new and unused
returned items will be for the purchase price, less shipping
and coupons.
Refunds
for items which are damaged or missing packaging, components
or materials, will be subject to a minimum restocking fee
of 15%, depending on the outcome of the inspection. Items
that cannot be returned to stock, e.g. due to irreparable
damage from use or transport back to us, may be ineligible
for any refund.
In the
event your items are determined by QA to have been defective
or damaged during shipping to you, your shipping costs will
be refunded as well.
