Order Confirmation

If you have provided us a valid email address when you placed your order, you will promptly recieve an email confirmation. Your confirmation email will include your order number, which is accompanied by an itemized list of the products you ordered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking information, as well as instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment. Please note, your credit card will NOT be charged until your order ships.

Tracking your Order

If you have provided us a valid email address when you placed your order, you will recieve shipping confirmation email on the day your order ships. The shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number with instructions on how to track your order.

Missing Order Confirmation

If you have provided us a valid email address when you placed your order, you will promptly recieve an email confirmation of your order. If you have not received your confirmation within 2 hours, please do the following:

a) Check to see if you your spam blocker is actively blocking emails from us. If so, please email us and we will resend your order confirmation.

b) If you do not have a spam blocker or the blocker is not blocking email from us, email us and request a copy of your order confirmation request Your confirmation email will include your order number, which is accompanied by an itemized list of the products you ordered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking information, as well as instructions on how to track the progress of your shipment. Please note, your credit card will NOT be charged until your order ships.

MIssing Tracking Email

If you have provided us a valid email address when you placed your order, and you have not recieved an email with your tracking infomation after 4 business days, please contact our customer service deparment.
